2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information we need to respond to inquiries and deliver our Services.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you submit our contact form, request a preview, or email us, we collect the information you choose to give us, which typically includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details about your business or project that you share. If you become a client, we also collect billing and payment information necessary to invoice you and process payments (see Section 4).

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

We use Umami, a privacy-focused, cookieless web analytics tool, to understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not track you across other websites. It records anonymized, aggregated data such as page views, referring websites, general device and browser type, and approximate (non-precise) geographic region derived from your IP address. Your IP address is not stored in a way that identifies you personally.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, behavioral advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking technologies on the Site.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government identification numbers, health information, or precise geolocation), and we do not collect information from children (see Section 9).

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the free website preview you request;
• Research your business and build, customize, host, and maintain your website;
• Communicate with you about your project, account, and Services;
• Invoice you and process payments;
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and Services;

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Payment Processing

We invoice clients and process payments through Intuit QuickBooks (QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payments). When you make a payment, your payment card or bank account information is collected and processed directly by Intuit Inc. and its payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems. Intuit's handling of your information is governed by Intuit's own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review. We receive limited transaction information (such as confirmation of payment, amounts, and invoice status) necessary to manage your account.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate our business and provide the Services. Specifically, we may share information with:

• Service providers and vendors that perform functions on our behalf, such as web hosting providers, domain registrars, email providers, payment processing (Intuit/QuickBooks), and analytics (Umami). These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
• Professional advisors, such as our attorneys, accountants, and insurers, where reasonably necessary.
• Legal and safety purposes, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of KORE Sites, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case information may be transferred as a business asset.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and financial records, comply with our legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide information to us at your own risk.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

• Opt out of non-essential communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by contacting us; and
• Request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.

Depending on where you reside, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights). 9. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable law requires). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Third-Party Websites and Client Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, and the websites we build for clients operate independently once live. This Policy applies only to the Site and our own Services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites, including the publicly accessible websites we build and host for our clients, which are subject to those clients' own privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any website you visit.

11. Do Not Track

Because we do not engage in cross-site tracking or behavioral advertising and use only cookieless, privacy-focused analytics, we do not respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals. Our analytics practices remain the same regardless of any such signal.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and post the revised version on the Site. Material changes will be effective when posted, and your continued use of the Site or Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent that other privacy laws apply to you based on your place of residence.
